Terms of Use
Last updated July 14, 2026
These terms govern your use of DealDialog (the “Service”), a monitoring and alerting tool for publicly-available foreclosure-auction and government-tender records. By using the Service you agree to these terms.
1. What the Service is
DealDialog aggregates facts of public record — that an auction or tender is scheduled, its date, location or category, and published amounts — from official sources, and lets you monitor and receive alerts on them. Each record shows its source and how recently it was verified.
2. Public-record data & accuracy
Data is compiled from third-party public sources and may contain errors, omissions, or delays. The Service is provided for informational purposes only and is not legal, financial, or investment advice. Always verify details against the official source before acting. DealDialog is not affiliated with, or endorsed by, any court, county, government body, or agency.
DealDialog does not publish homeowner, borrower, or defendant names, case or docket numbers, contact details, or any data derived from skip-tracing. Public pages present address-level auction events and aggregate statistics only.
3. Accounts
You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure. You must provide accurate information and be able to form a binding contract to create an account.
4. Acceptable use
Don't use the Service to break the law, infringe others' rights, or harass, profile, or contact any individual identified through it. Don't scrape, resell, or redistribute the data in bulk, or attempt to circumvent access controls, rate limits, or security measures.
5. Billing
Paid plans are sold and processed by Polar, our Merchant of Record, which handles payment and is the seller of record. Fees, billing periods, and any refund terms are shown at checkout. You can cancel at any time; access continues through the end of the paid period.
6. Intellectual property
Underlying public-record facts are not owned by anyone; DealDialog's compilation, design, software, and brand are ours. These terms grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service.
7. Disclaimers & limitation of liability
The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, DealDialog is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for decisions made in reliance on the data. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid in the prior twelve months.
8. Changes
We may update these terms; material changes will be reflected in the “last updated” date. Continued use after a change means you accept the revised terms.
9. Data removal & opt-out
DealDialog only republishes facts of public record and never publishes personal identifiers. If you believe a public page contains an error, or you want an address associated with your property removed from our public pages, email privacy@dealdialog.com with the page URL and the specific record. We review removal requests and, where the request is verified, remove the record from public pages promptly — typically within a few business days. Removal from our public pages does not alter the underlying official public record held by the source.
